Contact submissions are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. We retain your data for up to 3 years or until you request deletion. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS in transit and encryption at rest.
6. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf

7. Third-Party Services
Our website uses Supabase (data storage) and Vercel/Hostinger (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
